welcome to my grocery essentials, or pantry staples, either way if you were to come to my home you could expect to see this things always stocked or on my grocery list!
of course depending on what meals we have planned this list could be longer, but this is truly an accurate depiction of what we have going on at all times.
in addition to this list i have included some grocery shopping tips when it comes to choosing the best quality foods (if you would like to read more in depth about choosing quality foods and the why behind it, read my post here).

FRESH PRODUCE (organic) //
broccoli
potatoes; sweet potatoes or medley

seasonal fruits; usually choose 3 diff kinds
carrots

onions; red onion, green onion, & shallots

MEATS & SEAFOOD (& how to choose good quality) //
beef - grass fed & grass finished, pasture raised, no antibiotics or added hormones. personally i really like this brand, you can purchase through their website or search on their website to see if they sell at a store near you.
chicken - certified organic, free range, no antibiotics or added hormones. for chicken i recommend the same brand as above!
seafood(typically get a bag of frozen wild caught shrimp for quick meals) - wild caught, no artificial coloring or additives, no antibiotics or added hormones. i don’t have a specific brand to recommend, but these standards shouldn’t be hard to come by in your grocery store!
