FALL FAVORITES

WELCOME COZY SZN.

now that it’s official i thought it would be a good time to share some of my favorites/staples for the fall season. for me, fall is the time for all things warm + cozy. this is also the time that i make a conscious effort to pamper my skin & actively support my immune system, as sickness is to be expected with the changing of seasons.

ok time to get into the goodies. as always let me know/send me pics if you try anything, i love connecting with y’all! :)

this blanket simply checks all the boxes for fall coziness. 10/10 recommend.

◡ eye masks are a year round staple for me, however once the cold + dry weather hits I make it even more of a priority. these hydrogel ones are by far my favorite, so hydrating even after you take them off!

◡ nothing says fall quite like pumpkin, am i right?? here’s my delicious recipe for the yummiest pumpkin bread to fulfill all pumpkin needs. it’s seriously so easy + leaves your home smelling all sorts of festive.

◡ while we’re discussing home scent here is another fave for the season, pumpkin pie essential oil blend. it’s no secret that candles/air fresheners/wax melts, and just about any other form of fragrance for your home, are riddled with toxins (blog post soon to come on this!). good quality essential oils thankfully offer a non-toxic alternative to making our homes smell delish. revive is my favorite brand to get therapeutic grade essential oils & this pumpkin pie scent fulfills all my fall scent needs.

◡ when it comes to my hair during the cooler months, i always like to opt for anything extra hydrating to prevent any fall/winter scalp dryness. this shampoo + conditioner combo is my current non-toxic fave! it’s hydrating so it doesn’t strip my hair, but also doesn’t leave my hair the slightest bit oily.

◡ here we have another hydration product, surprise surprise!!! it’s no secret at this point that i’m all about hydration especially in these cooler months, and that’s because i believe hydration is essential for overall skin health + glow. of course a big part of hydration begins from within, however a little help on the outside is always a bonus, annnnd that is when i turn to OSEA. you may already know that i absolutely loveeee their body oil in the spring/summer months, but for the fall/winter months when i crave even more hydration that is when i turn to their body butter. it has the same divine scent as the body oil, it’s just a thicker formula and leaves you feeling like butter (in a non greasy, but soft & delicious sort of way).

◡ now for a follow-up to the ‘most fragrance products for our homes are toxic’ conversation, i present a wonderful non-toxic home scent brand. they carry all sorts of scent products such as candles, wax melts, room sprays, etc. now of course being that it is fall i’m going to recommend their spiced latte scented candle; great ingredients, wood wick, made with essential oils, all around 10/10.

◡ next up we have minerals. minerals have become an essential part of my day to day routine as they are crucial to overall health. i recommend listening to this skinny confidential podcast episode for a full, in depth conversation as to why minerals are so vital for us nowadays (due to our food + water being seriously depleted). i take one serving each morning of the Quinton Isotonic & i swear by them, these are definitely the best of the best.

◡ as we enter cold + flu season, i have stocked up on another fave Beekeeper’s Throat Spray. this spray is incredibly effective, i take it with me when traveling & i almost always have this product on hand when home. it’s a great defense against an itchy, scratchy throat (idk about you but when the weather changes i find i’m so prone to this), and it’s wonderful for boosting overall immune health (a more in depth blog post on this coming soon). not to mention love the simple, natural ingredients.

◡ i hate to give in to extremely hyped products, but let me tell you if you can manage to get your hands on this lulu belt bag then it is absolutely worth it. this has been my go to when running around the city, but not wanting to lug around an actual bag. this one is worth the hype imo (unfortunately no link because she is coveted and sold out everywhere), i happened to stumble upon one as they were being restocked in store. so best of luck and know that i 100% encourage this purchase.

◡ lastly i have this perfect, oversized grey zip up for the fall weather transition. fall in Denver stays rather warm and this zip up has been the best thing to throw on over a little athleisure outfit for my afternoon walks. it’s under $20 + easily a staple imo, so how could you go wrong.
