As a holistic health coach I have a deep passion for helping women cultivate a life that is both nourishing and fulfilling for them as individuals. Deciphering all the contradicting 'wellness' information spewed all over the internet is no easy task, neither is figuring out what works for you.
With me as your health coach I will serve as someone on your team. I want to guide, encourage, and support you in ways that empower you to lead a mindful life so that ultimately you can become the most intentional version of yourself.
I've created my program to offer you an individualized and holistic coaching experience based on your specific wants/needs. Taking into account your concerns & goals, I will create a custom protocol and offer on-going support to help you succeed and achieve the goals set out by you. You will receive 1:1 coaching, ongoing accountability support in between 1:1 sessions, and other resources tailored to your coaching journey.

my signature program is 6 months, with the possibility to extend if desired. we meet 1:1 for a total of 14 sessions together. we’ll begin by meeting once per week for the first month, then switch to biweekly sessions for months 2-6. each session is 50-60 minutes.

a constant supporter who will be there every step of your wellness journey to offer accountability and encouragement (hopefully even after our program comes to an end!)
